A cafe. Four stories. At the heart of a bar-tabac in a small French town, the regulars cross paths: a couple building their future, a group of friends laughing, three women reuniting, while a man watches in silence. Their destinies brush against one another over the time of an espresso, turning the ordinary into something extraordinary. The film invites multiple viewings, each one revealing new details and background stories. Vie d’café is a celebration of the beauty of life and of ordinary people.
