Beauty is often portrayed as a veritable industry. This cult of appearance has become both an economic market and an almost mechanical routine that many women follow scrupulously. However, imposing an aesthetic standard would be meaningless if there were no one to judge it. This is precisely what we want to explore in our short film : how society's perverse view of women ends up stifling them, even destroying them.

biography

We are seven second-year students at Sorbonne, studying for a double degree in theater and cinema. We have been passionate about cinema since childhood, and we saw this festival as an opportunity to create a work that reflects who we are and to raise awareness about issues that are important to us.
