In the confined space of his squat, Ousmane, a twenty-five-year-old Guinean artisan, confronts an absence: his smile. Unable to find it again in the mirror, he embarks on a radical gesture. His daily life is shaped by the search for gold, gathered through schemes and chance discoveries. Gradually, his living space turns into an improvised forge, where each transformation of the metal involves far more than simple craftsmanship. As the object takes shape, matter becomes the ground for an intimate exploration, between survival, memory, and identity.

Trained at ESRA, specializing in image, I began creating music videos, blending music and visuals, my two passions. After going professional in music videos and working in fashion photography and video, I am now enthusiastically returning to my first love: fiction.
