A scientist obsessed with creating the most beautiful human in the world isolates himself in his lab, fully absorbed in his project. When a sudden power outage stops his work, he turns on his flashlight and catches his reflection in the dark screen of his computer. In that moment, he realizes he might not be so ugly after all—and that the beauty he’s been searching for may already be within him.

biography

Judille Sankari is a French-Syrian Filmmaker based in Paris, France, whose films weave thought-provoking storytelling. Studying at DBIMA in Paris, she combines skills in directing, cinematography and sound design to bring a bold and distinctive voice to independent cinema.
