In a dystopian world where beauty is a form of power, a woman lives under constant control, shaped by strict aesthetic norms that determine each person’s value and place in society. Unable to find her place within this system, she exists without a voice, reduced to an image. Cast aside for no longer meeting imposed standards, she regains her voice when confronted with her own reflection: awareness cracks the illusion and drives her into a quest for freedom, leading to the encounter with an unexpected form of beauty, free from the gaze, judgment, and perfection.

biography

A bureaucrat torn between rigor and escape, theater offered me a way to release emotions long held in silence. Acting naturally called to me, but directing found me first. Cinema has since become a space to explore the body, the gaze, and powerful, socially engaged subjects.
